110 Electric Buses Are on Their Way to Sharm El Sheikh for COP27

With Sharm El Sheikh undergoing a green transformation in anticipation of the COP27 UN Climate Change Conference, 110 electric buses are on their way to help make the resort town more sustainable than ever. The buses will be used to help transport over 30,000 people who will come to Sharm El Sheikh to participate in the conference.

The buses are locally produced by Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles (MCV), a bus manufacturing company that is prepared to launch even more electric buses around Egypt, including an additional 40 electric buses in Alexandria.
