Beyond Monet: The Immersive Experience Opens at District 5 on May 11th

There is a room in Cairo where you can stand at the edge of Monet's garden in Giverny - oil petals fall off the canvas and flow beneath your feet, as lily ponds shimmer and sway above you - a whole world rendered in soft blues and luminous purples.

That room will soon open to visitors at District 5. ‘Beyond Monet: The Immersive Experience’ is the latest production from the creative team behind ‘Beyond Van Gogh’, the globally visited show that frees masterpieces from their frames and wraps entire rooms in living, breathing art.

Where Beyond Van Gogh transported visitors into the swirling skies of Provence, Beyond Monet submerges you in the tranquil, colour-drenched ponds of Claude Monet.

Created by French-Canadian creative director Mathieu St-Arnaud and Montreal's Normal Studio, the show transforms hundreds of paintings into moving imagery with an original musical score, turning District 5 into a living gallery that blooms and flows.

Beyond Monet will open for a limited time on May 11th, 2026, at District 5 Mall.
