Egyptian Talent Takes Centre Stage at the Pyramids Echo Festival

The Pyramids Echo Festival builds on its landmark debut with a celebration of Egyptian talent at the ‘Gala Concert for Egyptian Stars’, set for November 28th at the Pyramids Panorama Theatre. The evening will bring together some of Egypt’s most distinguished performers — bass-baritone Ashraf Sewailam, mezzo-soprano Gala El Hadidi, violist Sindy Mohamed, tenor Ragaa Eldin, and violinists Amira and Mariam Abouzahra — accompanied by the Festival Orchestra for a concert that highlights Egypt’s rich musical legacy against one of the world’s most iconic backdrops.

The festival, which runs from November 24th to 30th and returns on December 12th and 13th, is positioning itself as a new global stage for classical performance in Egypt. Its opening night will feature acclaimed pianist Lang Lang with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, followed by a tribute to composers Hisham Nazzih and Ammar El Sherei in ‘Immortal Melodies’ (November 25th), a cinematic orchestral night titled ‘A Night from Hollywood’ (November 26th), and ‘An Arabic Night’ (November 27th), featuring Syrian singer Faia Younan and Lebanese artist Abeer Nehme.

Tickets for the Pyramids Echo Festival are available through Tazkarti’s official website.
