El Gouna Film Festival is Now Open for Submissions
Features, documentaries, and short films are all eligible for this festival, with submissions due July 15th.
Submissions for the 7th edition of El Gouna Film Festival (GFF) are now open from April 15th to July 15th. Considered one of the leading film festivals in the MENA region, GFF is currently accepting submissions for everything from documentaries, feature films and short films to be showcased by the Red Sea shores of El Gouna.
Accepted filmmakers will have the chance to compete across multiple categories, including the Cinema for Humanity Audience Award, the El Gouna Green Star Award, and the El Gouna Star Award, which comes with a USD 234,000 cash prize.
The festival will run from October 24th to November 1st. Those who wish to submit their work can find the entry form on the festival’s official website.
