Guildhall to Support Music College at Riyadh University of Arts
University of Arts has partnered with London’s Guildhall to develop its College of Music.
Riyadh University of Arts has partnered with Guildhall School of Music & Drama to support the development of its College of Music in Riyadh.
Guildhall, based in London, is one of the UK’s leading conservatoires specialising in music, theatre and performance training. Under the agreement, it will collaborate on designing undergraduate, postgraduate and research programmes in music performance, production and education, while also supporting faculty training and capability development.
Riyadh University of Arts, unveiled in September 2025, is Saudi Arabia’s first dedicated university for arts and culture.
The institution is being developed in phases and is set to include 13 specialised colleges offering programmes ranging from short courses to doctoral degrees.
Its campus will span locations across Diriyah and the historic Irqah district in Riyadh.
The Guildhall collaboration adds to a growing network of international partnerships supporting the university’s development, including ties with the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, SOAS University of London, AMDA College of the Performing Arts, ESSEC Business School and Royal College of Art.
