Laila Eloui Stars in New Play 'The Red Box' in Riyadh

Egyptian star Laila Eloui returns to the stage after a 28-year hiatus with ‘The Red Box.' The highly anticipated production will be showcased at the Muhammad Al-Ali Theater as part of the Riyadh Season activities from January 3rd to January 7th.
The play, which stars Laila Eloui alongside Bayoumi Fouad, Mimi Gamal, Marwa Abdel Moneim, Nour Ihab, Amy Talaat Zakaria and Suleiman Eid, is directed by Tarek El-Ebiary.
'The Red Box' revolves around Dr. Farida, a psychiatrist facing the greatest challenge of her professional career. Her former lover's daughter seeks her help in treating her sister and saving their family, despite the unresolved pain caused by her ex-lover. The gripping storyline unfolds as Farida, portrayed by Laila Eloui, grapples with her personal emotions while striving to maintain her professional integrity in handling the family crisis.
