Menna Shalaby Will Discover Herself in India in New Film ‘Kundalini’
Based on a novel written by Mirna El Helbawi, the film follows a young woman’s journey of healing and discovery in India.

Actress Menna Shalaby has been cast in a new film, ‘Kundalini’, based on the novel of the same name by author Mirna El Helbawi.
Directed by filmmaker Mohamed Salama, Shalaby will play the leading role as a young woman with back problems, who goes on a trip to India to study under a yoga instructor - only to discover that her problems run a little deeper than her spine. Shooting is scheduled to commence in the coming months in both Egypt and India.
