Abu Dhabi DMT Launches Government Asset Investment Portal
The TAMM service brings government-owned land and built-asset investment opportunities into a single digital platform.
Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport has launched the Government Assets Investment Opportunities Portal through TAMM, creating a single digital entry point for investors assessing government-owned land and built assets across the emirate.
The portal brings several stages of the investment process into one service, allowing investors to identify opportunities, submit expressions of interest, participate in bidding and proceed through selection, award and contracting. It also sets out participation and investor approval requirements, alongside Musataha and lease arrangements, land pricing mechanisms and standardised contractual structures.
AI-powered personalisation is used to highlight opportunities based on investor profiles, interests and preferences, while location-based information provides context on nearby parks, public facilities, bus stops and other amenities.
The Department of Municipalities and Transport said the platform was developed with relevant stakeholders to provide a more defined framework for private-sector participation and connect government-owned assets with private capital, expertise and delivery capabilities.
