Bitcoin MENA Summit Returns to Abu Dhabi on December 8th and 9th
The second edition of the event aims to deepen its regional engagement to cement its growing role in MENA's digital asset landscape.
Bitcoin MENA is preparing for its second edition in Abu Dhabi, returning on December 8th-9th with a wider scope and a larger physical presence. Following a strong debut in 2024 that drew thousands of attendees and a diverse mix of speakers from policy, business, and global Bitcoin circles, this year’s event will again take place at ADNEC Centre's Marina Hall, but with an expanded layout designed to accommodate a growing roster of companies, developers and ecosystem partners.
The timing places the conference directly after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, a slot that is expected to shape the flow of international visitors and surrounding activity. Organisers are framing 2025 as a year of scaling, with a broader exhibition hall, a redesigned outdoor zone for programming and networking, and a fuller schedule of receptions and workshops orbiting the main stage. Speakers for the upcoming edition have yet to be announced, though last year’s lineup featured figures spanning authors, executives, policymakers and industry builders.
Abu Dhabi continues to play a larger role in the sector’s regional development, supported by policy incentives, regulatory clarity and interest from companies building infrastructure and financial services around Bitcoin. Organisers note that this environment has shaped the event’s expansion, as demand for participation grew following the inaugural edition.
Bitcoin MENA 2025 forms part of a wider global circuit of Bitcoin-focused conferences, linking Abu Dhabi with international editions across the US and Asia. The December gathering aims to provide a structured space for founders, investors, and developers to explore the ideas and technologies shaping the next phase of Bitcoin’s adoption and industry maturity.
