CNTXT AI Acquires Actualize to Strengthen Arabic Voice AI

CNTXT AI, a UAE-based data and artificial intelligence company, has acquired Actualize, a UAE-based enterprise AI startup specialising in Arabic voice agents and speech technologies.

The acquisition brings Actualize's technology and team into CNTXT AI, expanding its capabilities in Arabic voice AI and supporting the development of sovereign AI agents for enterprise and government applications.

Founded in 2023 by Muhammed Shabreen and Khalid Ghiboub, Actualize focuses on Arabic voice systems designed to recognise regional dialects and support enterprise workflows across regulated industries.

Its technology includes low-latency Arabic voice generation, workflow automation tools, GCC-based hosting infrastructure and deployment options for on-premises and private environments.

According to the companies, the combined offering will target sectors including banking, healthcare, customer service, media and government services.

As part of the transaction, Actualize co-founder Muhammed Shabreen will join CNTXT AI as Chief Technology Officer, while Khalid Ghiboub will assume the role of Vice President of AI Models.

The acquisition comes as organisations across the Gulf increase investment in AI-powered customer interactions and workplace automation, with a growing focus on Arabic-language technologies and local data hosting requirements.
