Emirates Islamic Adds Shariah-Compliant Global Stocks to EI+ App
Customers can now trade pre-screened global equities and ETFs through Digital Wealth, alongside Sukuk, funds and precious metals.
Emirates Islamic has added Shariah-compliant global equities and exchange-traded funds to its Digital Wealth service on the EI+ App.
The new offering gives customers access to pre-screened stocks and ETFs, removing the need to independently check whether individual listings meet Shariah requirements before trading.
Customers with an Emirates Islamic current or savings account can open a Digital Wealth account directly through the app and buy or sell eligible assets in-app.
The wider platform also includes local equities, gold and silver, Sukuk and Fractional Sukuk, as well as investment funds.
A limited-time pricing offer will allow eligible global equity and ETF trades with a minimum fee starting from $2 until December 10th, 2026. If the calculated fee is higher than $2, the higher amount will apply.
Foreign exchange charges may also apply to trades denominated in currencies other than US dollars, alongside standard taxes, custody charges and market or exchange fees.
The bank said the expansion is intended to give customers broader access to different asset classes within a single digital platform, while investment decisions remain subject to individual goals, risk tolerance and time horizon.
