HUMAIN & EY to Develop Saudi Arabia’s First AI-Native BPO Service
The service will combine intelligent agents, automation, analytics and human expertise across enterprise operations.
PIF-backed AI company HUMAIN has engaged EY to develop Saudi Arabia’s first AI-native business process outsourcing service, using HUMAIN’s full-stack AI ecosystem to redesign how enterprise operations are delivered and managed. The model will combine intelligent agents, automation, advanced analytics and human expertise across end-to-end business processes rather than applying AI to isolated tasks.
EY will support development and commercialisation of the service through functional expertise, industry knowledge and go-to-market capabilities, while HUMAIN provides the underlying AI infrastructure and agentic technologies. The expanded engagement builds on an existing relationship around HUMAIN ONE, the company’s platform for deploying AI-enabled workflows, agents and automation across enterprise functions.
The initiative is intended to reduce operational complexity, improve productivity and make greater use of companies’ existing technology investments. HUMAIN ONE already supports enterprise use cases including payroll, knowledge management and workplace productivity, with HUMAIN positioning the platform as an operating layer for business functions rather than a standalone AI tool.
HUMAIN CEO Tareq Amin said the partnership is intended to combine intelligent agents, automation and human expertise within a single operating model, while EY said its role will draw on capabilities across finance, audit, tax and advisory services as the platform expands.
