HUMAIN & Napster Partner on Arabic-Native AI for MENA
The partnership will combine HUMAIN’s Arabic AI models and voice tools with Napster’s embodied AI platform for public and private sector clients.
Saudi AI company HUMAIN and New York's Napster have entered a strategic partnership to develop Arabic-native AI experiences for public and private sector organisations across the Middle East and North Africa.
The collaboration will combine HUMAIN IQ and HUMAIN Voice with Napster’s video presence, Large Persona Model technology and multimodal agent infrastructure. Napster will also gain access through secure APIs to HUMAIN’s ALLAM large language model for text generation, summarisation and function calling, alongside real-time Arabic speech recognition and text-to-speech across multiple dialects.
The companies plan to use the integrated technology to develop Arabic-fluent digital employees capable of interacting through voice, video and conversational interfaces while retaining persistent memory. Napster said the partnership is intended to address limitations in English-first AI systems when deployed for Arabic-speaking users.
The capabilities will be introduced to Napster’s existing public and private sector clients across Saudi Arabia and the wider region, with further deployments planned during 2026. HUMAIN, which is owned by the Public Investment Fund, said the partnership also provides a route for Saudi-developed AI technology to be incorporated into an international platform.
