Investcorp Acquires $200 Million US Logistics Property Portfolio
The Bahrain-based asset manager added 19 industrial properties across four major US logistics markets.
Investcorp, a Bahrain-based alternative asset manager, has acquired a US industrial real estate portfolio valued at more than $200 million, adding 19 properties across major logistics corridors in the United States.
The portfolio spans approximately 1.4 million square feet across Dallas–Fort Worth, Chicago, Indianapolis, and Cincinnati.
According to Investcorp, the assets are around 97% occupied and leased to tenants operating across logistics, wholesale distribution, industrial services, light manufacturing, and consumer-related sectors.
The acquisition includes 13 industrial buildings in Dallas–Fort Worth totalling nearly 1 million square feet, four properties in Chicago covering approximately 286,000 square feet, one industrial asset in Indianapolis measuring close to 130,000 square feet, and a fully occupied 44,000 square foot property in Cincinnati.
Investcorp stated that the acquisition was completed at what it described as an attractive cost basis as construction activity across several logistics markets slows.
The firm also noted that vacancy rates across these markets have improved since late 2025 as industrial supply moderated while demand for strategically located logistics facilities remained steady.
