Launched by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, the ‘Promising Talents’ platform is designed to strengthen talent investment and enhance future readiness within government institutions.
The platform automates talent management processes and integrates candidate profiles with existing systems including Bayanati HR system and Jahiz platform.
It enables the digital tracking of talent journeys from identification and assessment through to development, investment and retention, providing analytical data and performance indicators to support decision-making and measure outcomes.
By consolidating these processes into a single digital environment, the platform aims to standardise talent discovery and development approaches across federal entities.
The initiative forms part of broader efforts to build a structured human capital ecosystem, with a focus on data-driven management and long-term workforce development aligned with national priorities.
