Proptech estaie Raises Seven-Figures in Pre-Seed for Saudi Expansion

estaie, a UAE-based proptech startup, has raised a seven-figure pre-seed round to expand its AI-driven marketplace for long-term stays across the region.

The round was led by Plus VC and Orbit Ventures, with participation from Falak Angels, Value Makers Studio and investor Vasil Zdravkov.

Founded in 2025 by Osama Shawky alongside co-founders Nimit Solanki and Mark Reed, the platform focuses on bookings ranging from 30 to 365 nights, positioning itself between hotels, residential leasing and corporate travel.

The funding will support expansion beyond Dubai into Riyadh, alongside continued product development and scaling. The company is also supported by in5, a startup incubator launched by TECOM Group.

estaie said the extended-stay segment remains fragmented, with supply and pricing spread across disconnected operators and largely managed through manual processes. Its platform aims to centralise demand, pricing intelligence and booking infrastructure, supported by in-house technology with three pending patents.

Since launching in April 2025, the company has signed more than 400 hotels and over 1,000 holiday homes, with users booking more than 3,000 room nights through its platform. It also reported month-on-month growth of 17% to 18%.

The startup is targeting Saudi Arabia as a key growth market, aligning with broader demand for flexible accommodation driven by workforce mobility and economic expansion initiatives.
