SHL Finance Renews $53.3 Million Saudi Investment Bank Facility
The five-year Shariah-compliant facility will support SHL Finance’s financing portfolio and expansion plans.
Saudi financing company SHL Finance has renewed a $53.3 million Shariah-compliant credit facility with Saudi Investment Bank for a five-year term.
The SR 200 million facility was renewed on September 21st and will support SHL Finance’s financing portfolio and broader expansion plans.
The agreement is secured by a promissory note, with customer receivables assigned to Saudi Investment Bank as additional security.
SHL Finance said the renewed facility forms part of its ordinary course of business and was agreed on prevailing commercial terms without preferential conditions.
Founded in 2007, the company provides Shariah-compliant financing for individuals and businesses, including home, personal and business-related financing.
In the first half of 2026, SHL Finance’s loan portfolio reached SAR 4.69 billion, up 4.35% year-on-year. Total assets stood at SAR 4.89 billion, an increase of 5.08%.
