Saudi Property Explorer Launches Ahead of Foreign Ownership Reforms

A new real estate mapping and catalogue platform has been launched to aggregate property developments across Saudi Arabia and the UAE ahead of regulatory changes allowing direct foreign ownership from 2026.

Developed by Polygant, RE.Platform Explorer provides a public interface that brings together developer projects into a single searchable map, displaying location, unit types, pricing, construction status and return on investment.

The platform addresses gaps in digital infrastructure across the sector, where many developers still operate without English-language websites, standardised listings or real-time availability data.

Each developer listed on the platform is given a public profile designed to be indexed and accessible to international audiences, positioning projects for visibility as global capital begins to enter the market.

According to Polygant, the platform is structured as digital infrastructure rather than a consumer marketplace, with tools that allow developers to manage availability, sales and lead generation within a unified system.

The platform operates across two layers: a public-facing map and catalogue that can be filtered by country, city, project type and status, and a backend system that enables developers to manage listings, floor plans, pricing and transactions.

At launch, coverage includes Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with expansion to Qatar and Bahrain planned as part of the next phase.

The broader RE.Platform suite also includes tools for catalogue management, customer relationship management, bookings and payments, supporting developers with in-house sales operations.
