Saudi Startup MOZN Secures HUMAIN Investment to Scale AI Globally

HUMAIN, the Public Investment Fund's artificial intelligence company, has made a strategic investment in Saudi enterprise AI company MOZN and entered a partnership to develop secure, production-scale AI solutions for financial institutions and public sector organisations.

The collaboration combines HUMAIN's full AI stack with MOZN's enterprise AI products and Forward Deployed Engineering model, with jointly developed solutions set to be offered through the HUMAIN ONE AI Agent Marketplace. The investment is among the first made through HUMAIN Ventures and marks HUMAIN's first investment in a Saudi company.

The partnership comes as enterprise AI adoption accelerates across financial services. According to the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, 81% of financial institutions are using AI in at least one business function, while McKinsey estimates generative AI could create between $200 billion and $340 billion in annual value for the banking sector. MOZN currently serves more than 150 customers across financial services and the public sector, with the new funding supporting its international expansion and the scaling of its AI platform.

"Enterprise AI only delivers value when organizations can deploy it securely, reliably, and at production scale," Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN, said. "Our first investment in a Saudi company with MOZN strengthens our ability to deliver production-grade AI solutions for highly regulated environments, enabling measurable operational impact while expanding access to these capabilities across regional and global markets."

The companies plan to jointly develop AI solutions focused on financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). MOZN's engineering teams will work directly within client organisations to design, deploy and scale enterprise AI applications, with the first jointly developed solutions scheduled to be unveiled at LEAP Riyadh ahead of broader commercial availability in the second half of 2026.
