UAE Fintech FinBursa Launches AI Platform for Private Markets Firms
FinBursa 360 combines deal management, fundraising, investor relations and AI tools within a single private markets platform.
Fintech startup FinBursa has launched FinBursa 360, an AI-native platform designed to consolidate the front-office systems used by private equity, venture capital, private credit and other investment firms.
Founded in 2024 and co-founded by former BlackRock director Ismail Badereldine, FinBursa has built the platform around a single record for relationships, deals and documents. Its tools cover investment CRM, deal management from origination through execution, virtual data rooms, fundraising campaigns, investor onboarding and reporting, alongside dedicated portals for investors and counterparties.
The platform also includes five specialised AI agents coordinated by an orchestrator that can work across emails, meetings, deal histories, data room activity, fundraising records, investor interactions, documents and relevant news. Teams can use the system to surface potential investors or buyers, support diligence and investor relations, prioritise daily tasks and draft outreach, although communications are not sent without human approval.
“AI is only as useful as the information it can access and the actions it is permitted to take,” Badereldine said, arguing that private markets firms often struggle to deploy AI effectively because their data is spread across multiple systems. FinBursa instead integrates its AI tools directly into the same platform used to manage deals, relationships and documents.
The company says FinBursa 360 can be configured to match individual firms’ workflows and branding and deployed within days. FinBursa is ISO 27001:2022 certified and has received SOC 2 Type 1 attestation.
Badereldine said the platform is intended to help investment firms handle growing volumes of deals, investor relationships, data and compliance requirements without adding further layers of software infrastructure.
