Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) has announced the launch of its first undergraduate programme, introducing bachelor’s degrees in AI business and AI engineering. The initiative is designed to equip students with both deep technical expertise and a broader understanding of artificial intelligence’s impact across industries.
The programme aims to strengthen the UAE’s AI workforce while contributing to advancements on a global scale. By combining theoretical foundations with programming and real-world applications, the curriculum is structured to prepare students for leadership roles in AI.
Open to both local and international students, the programme seeks to attract top talent from around the world. MBZUAI, first announced in 2019 and officially opened in 2020, looks to establish itself as a leader in AI education.
