Agricultural Training Programme Held for Coffee Farmers in Asir
The programme was held in the historically rich Rijal Almaa governorate, renowned for its heritage of coffee cultivation.
A six-day training programme has been conducted in the province of Asir, focusing on the best agricultural practices to enhance coffee cultivation in Saudi Arabia.
Organised by the Saudi Coffee Company Academy, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, the programme was held in the historically rich Rijal Almaa governorate, renowned for its heritage of coffee cultivation. Over 1,000 farmers and others were in attendance at the training programme.
The training focused on enhancing farmer productivity, the promotion of industry growth, and furthering the sustainability aims of coffee farms.
The Academy seeks to further education and sustainable growth in the coffee industry, and to enhance the technical know-how of agriculturists.
