The three-month training programme will begin on July 15th and will target engineering and media majors at Egyptian colleges. Participants will be able to join endeavours such as the SPNEX project, which aims to create a satellite to study plasma in the ionosphere, and the ClimCam project, a multinational undertaking to develop a space camera system to be installed on the International Space Station itself!
The deadline for applications falls on June 6th, and upon completion of the programme the trainees will be given a diploma from the Egyptian Space Agency. This will be an unpaid position, and is open exclusively to students of Egyptian nationality. Engineering candidates need to have graduated in 2021, or eligible for graduation in 2022. Mass communication candidates need to have already graduated with at least one year’s worth of experience. To apply, visit shorturl.at/qAN69.
