Running until April 2026, this year’s edition coincides with Khobar Season and brings a full calendar of indoor and outdoor activities.
The King Abdulaziz Centre for World Culture (Ithra) in Dhahran is launching ‘Ithra Winter’ on October 29th, an annual seasonal programme celebrating Saudi creativity through music, art, and design. Running until April 2026, this year’s edition coincides with Khobar Season and brings a full calendar of indoor and outdoor activities to the Eastern Province.
The programme includes large-scale performances, a winter market, interactive workshops, and a 1,000-drone show illuminating Ithra’s skyline. Exhibitions will feature 28 Saudi artists exploring the theme of “home”, while the Ithra Theatre will host concerts by Abdulaziz Al-Ma’na and Abdullah Al-Manea, conducted by Wissam Khassaf.
Outdoor performances will feature artists such as Saad Aloud, Arwa, and the Choralla band, alongside open public events aimed at fostering community engagement. While entry to the Ithra building remains free, specific concerts and exhibitions will require advance ticket reservations through the centre’s official platforms.
