Over 16,000 Mosques Designated for Ramadan Prayers
The Ministry of Awqaf is preparing 10,460 mosques for Tahajjud and 6,201 for I’tikaf.

The Ministry of Awqaf has dedicated over 16,000 mosques for Ramadan prayers, with 10,460 mosques prepared for Tahajjud prayers and 6,201 for I’tikaf prayers. The ministry is currently making sure that all of these mosques are prepared in time for the Holy Month of Ramadan for any form of prayers, including Taraweeh.
All regional directorates have been notified to add any viable mosques to the plan when available.
