The first hydrogen train in the Middle East has concluded its test run in Saudi Arabia. The news comes after the Saudi Minister of Energy announced that the Kingdom would develop the region’s first hydrogen trains in 2023.
The Kingdom has been expanding its rail network in order to reach more destinations and economic zones, and is working on adopting hydrogen technology across its railway sector.
