Saudi Ministry Launches ‘Ajeer Al-Hajj’ Service for Temporary Workers

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has introduced the ‘Ajeer Al-Hajj’ service, aiming to facilitate temporary workforce engagement for businesses during the Hajj season.

This initiative allows both Saudi nationals and residents interested in working at the holy sites during Hajj to submit their resumes through the portal. By connecting job seekers with available positions, the platform simplifies workforce management and enhances efficiency for businesses and workers alike throughout the Hajj season.

Establishments are now mandated to issue Hajj permits for seasonal employees, with stringent penalties in place for non-compliance. This online service allows businesses to issue work permits, recruit temporary staff, and advertise Hajj-specific job vacancies, while also providing job seekers direct access to these opportunities through the platform.
