Bascota Opens New Branch in Sheikh Zayed
The homegrown, farm-to-table bakery lands in West Cairo with its third location.
Fresh off the launch off their cookbook at Cairo Food Week, Egyptian homegrown bakery Bascota has just opened its third Cairo branch at Ivory Business Park in Sheikh Zayed. As with their Garden 8 and Eastown District locations in New Cairo, this latest branch is spacious and sunny, harkening back the Egyptian countryside from which Bascota draws its inspiration.
Bascota's menu puts Egypt's small-scale farmers at its heart, offering a wide selection of farm-to-table sandwiches, fruit juices, and desserts in the food department, as well as a fashionable yet uncomplicated catalog of t-shirts, totes, and table linens.
