Brown Nose Takes Coffee From Bean to Bakery at District 5
The Roastery puts the bean-to-cup process on show alongside an in-house bakery and expanded menu.
Brown Nose has come a long way from its first roaster in Bahr El Azam in 2019. After a coffee truck in Hacienda and a growing presence across the city, the homegrown coffee brand is bringing everything together under one roof with The Roastery by Brown Nose, opening at District 5 this Saturday.
The new space puts the roasting process front and centre, letting visitors follow the journey from bean to cup, alongside a brand-new menu of savoury dishes and sweets. There’s also an in-house bakery baking fresh every morning, making this a bigger operation than your usual coffee stop.
To mark the opening, Ganoob will be on music duty, with a few surprises planned exclusively for the day.
