New Cairo's Ibn El Sham Adds Fish Shawarma to Their Menu

In this episode of ‘Is it blasphemous or just odd?’, we’ve come across Ibn El Sham’s latest creation - fish shawarma. Created from fish fillet stacked on a shawarma rod, compressed, heated up and peeled off to make its way into the tahini bed of a Syrian shawarma wrap, the new concoction is exactly like a regular shawarma wrap. Just a lot fishier. 

We’re not sure how to feel about it either. But, in our experience, Ibn El Sham seems to know what it’s doing, having been the creator of the largest shawarma sikh in Egypt and all.
