Somewhere between Delhi and Detroit, someone at 3 Diner decided that buns were simply too well-behaved. Inspired by the UAE's latest over the top trend, their latest creation, the paratha burger, swaps the usual brioche for layers of crisp, buttery paratha, toasted till it flakes like gossip. Inside, two beef patties lounge under melted cheese and a generous drizzle of curry mayo, which tastes suspiciously like someone smuggled your favourite curry night into a burger joint.
