UK Hot Chicken Brand SIDES is Opening in New Cairo

British hot chicken brand SIDES is making its way to New Cairo, bringing its fried chicken, loaded sides and signature sauces to Egypt for the first time.

Launched in 2021 by British YouTube collective the Sidemen - KSI, Miniminter, Vikkstar123, Zerkaa, Behzinga, TBJZL and W2S - SIDES started as a creator-led food venture before growing into a restaurant brand with locations across the UK and beyond.

The menu is built around crispy chicken tenders, burgers and wings, with sauces doing much of the heavy lifting. UK favourites include Sticky Hot Honey, Mango Peri Peri, London Jerk and Nashville Insane, alongside waffle fries, loaded sides and mac and cheese bites. The exact Cairo menu has yet to be revealed.

New Cairo is one of several new cities on the brand’s expansion map, with branches also planned for Kuwait City, Mumbai and Kuala Lumpur. Opening dates are still TBC.
