Embracing Classic Contemporary Style in This Living Space Render
Refined and effortlessly elegant, this visual blends regal and modern aesthetics together in black and rouge.
Envisioning a minimal and uncluttered living space, Egyptian designer Yasmeen Wassim epitomised the Classic Contemporary style in this warm render. While the majority of her work takes place in Muscat, Oman - where her design studio Tawazon has been delivering modern architecture and interiors - this visual was created with Alexandria in mind, where a love for classical aesthetics remains evergreen.
Evoking a sense of refined elegance, Wassim placed a modern leather sofa against the rouge wall. With a slightly darkened hue, the wall’s texture appears rough, as classic panelling complements the ornamental crown moulding to establish a regal look.
Black marble makes up the flooring, which is partially covered with a monochrome carpet with a playful pattern, while an ebonised wooden coffee table is placed on its centre to ensure that the space doesn’t feel heavy. Two cane chairs were placed alongside greenery, breathing life under a low-hanging chandelier.
