World’s Tallest Residential Tower to Be Built in Dubai by 2028
Six Senses Residences offers sky mansions engineered with integrated wellness, designed by Australian firm Woods Bagot.
Projected to become the world's tallest residential tower by 2028, The Six Senses Residences will be strategically located in Dubai Marina, offering stunning views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Harbor Beachfront.
Designed by Woods Bagot, a global firm specialising in architecture, interior design, and master planning with 17 studios worldwide, this supertall skyrise is architecturally led by WSP Middle East. WSP Middle East, a professional services firm, provides technical and strategic advisory services across diverse engineering and infrastructure sectors. The project is a collaboration with UAE-based real estate developers Select Group, with interiors crafted by Melbourne-based Interior Architecture & Design studio Mitchell & Eades.

The Six Senses Residences offer a total of 251 residential units, including deluxe residences and half-floor penthouses. Prototypes range from two to four bedrooms, spanning from 1,977 square feet to 5,773 square feet across 122 stories. The design also includes additional duplex and triplex Sky Mansions ranging from 8,997 square feet to 14,102 square feet , amplifying the sense of extravagance.

The design of the 122-storey building takes a holistic approach, integrating wellness-centric and community-enhancing infrastructure elements and amenities. These premium dwellings offer access to luxury amenities designed to enhance longevity, wellness, and human connection, including a residents’ lounge, meeting rooms, a study area, a games room, a cinema and an outdoor gym.
