The nation’s first lottery launches on December 14th for a series of prizes, including a grand prize of AED 100 million.
The UAE’s first-ever national lottery launches on December 14th, with a grand prize of AED 100 million. The UAE Lottery’s format is simple: participants select six numbers from 1 to 31 (referred to as 'days') and one additional number from 1 to 12 (the 'month'). Those who match all six days and the month will win the ‘Lucky Day’ grand prize of AED 100 million. Other prize tiers include second, third and fourth place prizes based on the number of correct days and months matched.
Tickets are priced at AED 50 each, and individuals must be 18 or older to participate. For those looking to increase their chances, digital scratch cards are also available. The UAE Lottery is the result of a licensing agreement between the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and The Game LLC, which will operate the lottery.
Tickets are already available for purchase through the UAE Lottery’s official website.
