830 Dubai Homes Allocated in Largest Housing Batch to Date
830 ready homes have been allocated to Emirati citizens across Wadi Al Amardi and Al Aweer.
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment has begun allocating 830 ready homes to Emirati citizens across Wadi Al Amardi and Al Aweer, marking the largest batch of completed housing units distributed to date. The allocations are valued at AED 1.6 billion and are being managed through a smart reservation system available via the DubaiNow platform, streamlining the selection and allocation process.
Officials said beneficiaries are being contacted directly and invited to on-site centres to complete the allocation process. The homes have been developed to modern standards, with a focus on privacy, future expansion and integrated community infrastructure.
The Al Aweer project includes 398 housing units allocated as grants, with a total budget exceeding AED 734 million. Each unit has a built-up area of 4,000 square feet within a total plot area of 4,500 square feet and includes four bedrooms, a majlis, a living room, a kitchen and utility spaces. The development also features public parks and majlis halls.
The Wadi Al Amardi project comprises 432 housing units, also allocated as grants, with a budget of more than AED 767 million. The units follow a similar design layout, with additional outdoor space to accommodate future extensions or service annexes, and are integrated within a broader planning framework aligned with sustainability and quality-of-life standards.
An additional AED 83 million grant has been allocated to furnish beneficiaries’ homes as part of the programme.
