Boulevard Business Park Opens as Saudi Arabia’s First Business Resort

Boulevard Business Park has been completed in Riyadh, marking the opening of what has been described as Saudi Arabia's first business resort and entertainment-focused workplace. The development represents investments of more than SAR 1 billion and forms part of the wider transformation of Boulevard City.

Announced by Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, the project comprises nine office buildings offering more than 60,000 square metres of leasable office space. It also includes retail outlets, corporate headquarters, co-working spaces and more than 1,300 parking spaces designed to serve businesses, entrepreneurs and visitors.

The development was delivered through a partnership between HAYY Real Estate Development Company and REQ Real Estate Fund – French Capital, while Sela will oversee the site's management and day-to-day operations as it opens to tenants.

Originally unveiled in 2024 as the first phase of the Boulevard District redevelopment master plan, Boulevard Business Park is designed to bring together business, retail and entertainment within a single destination. The project forms part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 strategy to strengthen Riyadh's position as a regional hub for business, investment and urban development.
