Dubai’s Parkin to Manage Parking Services in JLT for 10 Years

Parkin has renewed its parking services agreement with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre for another 10 years, extending its operations across Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

Under the agreement, Parkin will retain exclusive responsibility for managing and operating around 2,800 paid parking spaces in the community, including 250 designated motorcycle spaces. The company will continue handling day-to-day parking operations for residents, businesses and visitors, including payments through its digital and physical channels.

The renewed scope also includes the installation of solar power infrastructure across the parking network.

Parkin has already been operating in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, with the new agreement extending that arrangement for another decade.
