El Gouna Film Festival has opened a global call for designers to submit concepts for the official poster and visual identity of its 9th edition, taking place between October 15th and 23rd, 2026.

The competition invites designers, illustrators, and visual storytellers from across the world to develop an original Master Visual — the defining image that will represent the 2026 festival across all platforms and materials.

Organisers are seeking a concept that strikes a balance between the cinematic and the emotional, rooted in Egypt's rich visual heritage while carrying a universal appeal that resonates with audiences far beyond the region.
