The Presidency of Religious Affairs is providing a multilingual inquiry service for Umrah pilgrims and visitors to the Grand Mosque in Makkah, offering guidance on ritual rulings in 11 languages.
The service operates through two dedicated toll-free phone lines, giving international pilgrims direct access to advisers who can answer questions related to acts of worship and the proper performance of Umrah rituals.
The phone service complements smart technologies and digital platforms already in use throughout the Grand Mosque, which also handle religious inquiries in multiple languages.
By combining telephone support with digital channels, the presidency aims to make guidance on rites and religious practice more accessible to pilgrims from a wide range of nationalities.
