Rare Pure-White Falcon Sells for AED 1.5 Million at ADIHEX 2026

A rare pure-white falcon has sold for AED 1.5 million, or around USD 408,000, at the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition 2026, setting the highest auction price recorded at this year’s event.

Named Qarmousha Pure Ultra White, the bird was sold during the fifth auction of the exhibition’s 23rd edition at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.

Owned by Mark Moglich Falcon Farm in the United States, the falcon attracted strong interest for its distinctive colouring and physical characteristics. It weighs 1 kg and measures 16.5 inches in both length and width.

The sale forms part of the largest falcon auction programme in the exhibition’s history. This year’s edition features 55 local and international falcon breeding and care farms, up 20% from last year, with nine participating for the first time.

The exhibition is organised by ADNEC Group, a Modon company, in strategic partnership with the Emirates Falconers’ Club, and is being held under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club.

ADIHEX 2026 is running under the theme ‘A Legacy of Pride’ and will continue at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi until September 6th.
