Ready-Made Factories Complex Opens in Abha
The project includes 40 industrial units designed to support manufacturing and entrepreneurship in Aseer.
A Ready-Made Factories Complex has been unveiled in Abha as part of efforts to expand industrial investment opportunities and support entrepreneurs in the Aseer region.
Spanning more than 32,000 square metres, the development includes 40 fully equipped industrial units with integrated infrastructure and support services, allowing businesses to begin operations without the time and expense associated with constructing facilities from the ground up.
The complex is located near key logistics corridors, a position intended to facilitate transportation, distribution and supply chain operations while improving access to local and regional markets.
According to project details, the facility is designed to accommodate a range of industrial activities aligned with regional development priorities, including technology-based industries, innovation-focused ventures, food processing, manufacturing, renewable energy solutions and light electronics assembly.
Industrial units range in size from 305 to 401 square metres, making the complex suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to establish or expand production operations.
The project was delivered through collaboration between the Abha Chamber of Commerce, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones and other public and private sector stakeholders.
According to the Abha Chamber of Commerce, the chamber participated in planning, engineering, architectural and implementation stages to ensure the facilities meet current investor requirements.
The complex is expected to create hundreds of direct and indirect jobs across fields including management, engineering, operations, maintenance and support services.
