Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has announced that Thursday, August 27th, will be a public holiday in celebration of Moulid Al-Nabawi, the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The holiday applies to ministries, government institutions, public sector companies, and private businesses across the country.
