Yaya Launches AI Tool to Help UAE Families Hire Caregivers

Yaya Middle East has launched Yaya AI, a new feature designed to help families across the UAE find nannies and domestic helpers more quickly while providing instant guidance on the hiring process.
Available through the Yaya app on iOS and Android, the feature introduces two AI-powered tools aimed at simplifying caregiver recruitment.
The first, 'Find Your Best Match with AI', recommends caregivers based on a family's requirements using natural-language search. Users can describe the type of caregiver they are looking for, whether a full-time nanny, live-out maid or part-time domestic helper, and receive tailored recommendations.
The matching system considers factors including location, visa status, language skills and driving ability, alongside experience with newborns or other preferred qualities. Each recommendation is accompanied by a brief explanation of why the caregiver is considered a suitable match, with priority given to active, recently reviewed profiles.
The second feature, 'Ask Yaya AI', answers common questions about employing domestic workers in the UAE, covering topics such as salaries, visas, employment contracts, gratuity and public holiday entitlements. Responses are available in both English and Arabic and are based on Yaya's internal knowledge base alongside the UAE's domestic worker regulations.
According to the company, the AI tools are grounded in live marketplace data and verified caregiver profiles, with every profile reviewed by a Yaya team member before appearing on the platform.
