You Can Now WhatsApp an AI Assistant for Pyramids Visit Info & FAQs
The free service offers information on tickets, transport, facilities, site rules and key landmarks across the Giza Plateau.
Orascom Pyramids Entertainment has launched a free AI-powered virtual assistant on WhatsApp for visitors to the Giza Pyramids Plateau, providing practical information before arrival and throughout a visit.
The service can answer questions on ticket categories, opening hours and entry procedures, as well as private excursions and VIP services. It also provides information on transport within the plateau, including shuttle bus routes and stops and golf cart services.
Visitors can use the assistant to find restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and restrooms, while also checking photography rules, drone restrictions and other site regulations. Directions are available for major landmarks including the Great Sphinx and the Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure.
The service supports Arabic, English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese and other languages. Its responses are based on information verified by Orascom Pyramids Entertainment’s operations team in coordination with the Supreme Council of Antiquities, with users directed to the relevant authority when a question falls outside the available verified information.
The assistant is available free of charge through WhatsApp, with QR codes placed at the Visitor Centre and around the site. It was launched under the protocol between Orascom Pyramids Entertainment and the Supreme Council of Antiquities to improve visitor services at the Giza Plateau.
