Abu Dhabi’s Offlimits Festival Announces April 4th Line-Up
Shakira leads the bill alongside the Jonas Brothers, Ne-Yo, Yara Mustafa, Bayou and more.
Abu Dhabi’s Offlimits Festival just stacked its April 4th bill even higher. Set to take over Etihad Park, the festival just announced a new wave of artists joining previously revealed headliner Shakira, and the lineup is leaning fully into pop nostalgia, R&B staples, and alt-rock heavyweights.
The Jonas Brothers are officially on board, bringing two decades of chart-toppers with them. From their Disney-era breakout to their 2019 comeback with ‘Sucker’ and last year’s ‘Greetings From Your Hometown,’ expect a hit-loaded set featuring ‘Burnin’ Up,’ ‘Year 3000,’ and more.
R&B mainstay Ne-Yo also joins the bill, adding early-2000s essentials like ‘So Sick’ and ‘Miss Independent’ to the mix, while on the the alternative side, Scottish trio Biffy Clyro will headline the Meteor Stage, returning to the UAE with their emotionally-charged catalogue, including ‘Many of Horror,’ ‘Mountains,’ and cuts off their latest album ‘Futique.’
Icelandic blues-rock outfit Kaleo is also slated to perform, likely bringing breakout anthem ‘Way Down We Go’ to the capital city. Rounding out the lineup are British pop-rock acts Scouting for Girls and Toploader—yes, the band behind ‘Dancing in the Moonlight’—alongside Myles Smith and regional names including Egypt’s Bayou, Jordan’s Yara Mustafa, and Palestinian artist Yaz.
Offlimits Festival lands at Etihad Park on April 4th, with doors opening at 3PM. More details on set times are expected soon with tickets available now.
