Bayou & Khalaf Revel in Egypt’s North Coast in New Track ‘Hacienda’
The collaboration brings together the unlikely pair of a UAE-based R&B singer and an Egyptian rapper, placing them in the thick of 'Sahel Season'.
There’s no shortage of songs dedicated to the world’s iconic coasts and beachside spots, so it’s only fair that Egypt’s North Coast gets in on the mix. UAE-based singer Bayou and Egyptian rapper Khalaf have released their new collaboration track ‘Hacienda’, with the duo hopping through Sahel’s Hacienda, Marassi, and Sachi compounds over a euphonious guitar melody accompanied by trap-esque drums and mellow 808s.The pair have both been on the rise, with R&B singer Bayou recently getting love for ‘Muse’, while emerging rapper Khalaf built momentum with his feature on Budgy’s ‘Me2afelha’, and his single ‘Masra7eya’.
