Berlin’s Paul Kalkbrenner to Make Egypt Debut at Sandbox 2024?
The German techno legend Kalkbrenner will be bringing his iconic live act and minimal techno sound to the El Gouna this May.
SceneNoise has caught wind that German techno producer Paul Kalkbrenner is set to perform live for the first time in Egypt at Sandbox Festival 2024 in El Gouna - May 16th - 18th.
Kalkbrenner is known for his distinctive high-energy live act where he intricately breaks down his tracks into elements and reassembles them on stage, as well as his groundbreaking performance in cult classic ‘Berlin Calling’ as DJ Ickarus. The film, scored by Kalbrenner, includes the minimal global hit ‘Sky and Sand’ and the producer has garnered billions of streams across his discography since.
Brought by Nacelle, Sandbox is a three-day annual music festival that brings together renowned international, regional and global DJs and artists, right on the glittering shores of the Red Coast.
