حقق تراك "K 7 M S" انتشارًا واسعًا خلال الفترة الأخيرة، خاصة بعد تصدر مقطع "عندي assistant فاجر اسمه دراعي" لمقاطع تيك توك واستخدامه بشكل واسع في آلاف الفيديوهات. لكن  بعيدًا عن الانتشار المرتبط بالجملة التى استخدمت بشكل مرح، يعتمد التراك في جوهره على حالة شعورية ثقيلة، يقدمها أبيوسف من خلال كتابة شخصية وتوزيع موسيقي درامي يخدم هذا المزاج القاتم. ويأتي التراك ضمن مشروع BAL MASQUE الذي أصدره أبيوسف في مايو الماضي ويضم ثلاث أغنيات من بينها "K 7 M S".

The disconnect between the song's online afterlife and its original intent says as much about internet culture as it does about Abyusif's music. While one lyric became a meme, 'BAL MASQUE' emerged as one of the rapper's most unique projects, leaning further into the darker, more melancholic corners of his songwriting and production without sacrificing the restlessness that has long defined his sound.
