Lebanon's Oakenfest Announces Dates for 10th Anniversary Edition
From July 25th to 26th, the eco-conscious indie festival is returning to the forest of Lehfed for a 24-hour camping experience, built around music, community, and connection.
Oakenfest, Lebanon’s eco-conscious indie festival, has announced the dates for its 2026 edition, marking its 10th anniversary. Set to take place from July 25th to 26th, this year, the festival will return to the forests of Lehfed in northern Lebanon for a 24-hour camping experience built around music, community, and connection amid times of such uncertainty in the region.
Since launching in 2013, Oakenfest has evolved into a cornerstone of the region’s independent music ecosystem, bringing artists and audiences together for an intimate escape from urban life. Over the past decade, the festival has championed independent voices from across the region while cultivating a broader creative community through workshops, social gatherings, on-site activities, and booths celebrating Lebanon’s rich artistic and cultural landscape. What began as a small woodland retreat has since grown into a vital gathering space for independent musicians and artists operating beyond the mainstream. Even between festival editions - and amid Israel’s ongoing attacks on Lebanon - Oakenfest has sustained its communal ethos through year-round programming at Oakenhouse, hosting concerts, listening sessions, and thought-provoking discussions that keep the spirit of the festival alive.
While this year’s lineup remains under wraps, previous editions have featured some of the region’s most exciting acts, including Snakeskin, Bu Nasser Touffar, Joy Moughanni, and Boshoco, alongside acclaimed Lebanese musician Zeid Hamdan.
Tickets for Oakenfest 2026 are now on sale via the link in their Instagram bio. Stay tuned to SceneNoise for the full lineup announcement.
